Allow butter to come to room temperature. Finely chop herbs and zest citrus. Juice citrus to get 1 -2 tbsp of liquid

Combine all ingredients in a bowl, and then refrigerate prior to serving

Serve with fresh bread or rolls. Good for poultry as well.
